About the Series

This September, Nexus Zouk is excited to present a 4-week progressive series designed to introduce you to the beauty and flow of Brazilian Zouk head motion.

In this series, you’ll learn two of Zouk’s most iconic movements:

• 🎈 Balão

• 🔄 Frango Asado (Rotisserie)

We’ll teach these movements in a safe, body-conscious, and progressive way, building confidence, technique, and fluidity week by week.

For this month, our Novice and Intermediate classes will be combined, giving everyone a chance to train together while being guided at the right level.

Schedule

• 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Class

• 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Practica

• 💫 $20 drop-in
